Cala Galdana is on the south coast of Menorca 22 miles from Mahon.
There are a number of hotels and apartments in this popular purpose built resort.
It is the most photographed resort on the island and pictures of the bay will often appear in tour operators brochures. The bay is horseshoe shaped with a backdrop of pine wooded lime cliffs.

The beach is a major attraction of the resort with warm shallow waters, clean white sand and a variety of water sports. The ideal place for a family holiday.

Cala Galdana has children’s waterslides, a play area and mini golf.
There is a small shopping centre selling souvenirs, jewelry, beach and sports wear.
What restaurants and bars there are in resort range from International, fast food and local cuisine. Most holiday makers dine in their hotels.

Nightlife is organized by the hotels and may be a cabaret or other local act. Some of the bars have occasional live music.

Regular buses leave for Ferreries from where you can catch another bus to either Mahon in the east or Ciutadella in the west.
