Binibeca Car Hire, Menorca

The resort is recognized by most tour operators as being the stretch of coast between Cala Torret and Binibeca Vell, about 2 miles in length.

There are a few hotels but Binibeca is primarily residential and has remained relatively undiscovered. Most visitors own or rent private villas.

Binibeca is quiet but if all you are looking for is a chance to relax and soak up some sun this may be the place for you.

There are a number of small sheltered coves suitable for swimming with the best beach being Cala de Binibeca. White sands border the calm water and there are sunbeds and pedaloes for hire.

Approximately 300 yards from the beach is Cala Torret, a development of fishermen’s apartments. There is a small commercial centre with a handful of souvenir shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

The public bus service operates to Mahon three times daily.
