Cala’n Bosch is situated on the extreme south west coast 35 miles from Mahon and possibly the furthest resort from the airport.
One of Menorca’s newest resorts with a few fair sized hotels but in the main accommodation is in self catering apartments and private villas.
The focal point of the resort is the large man made marina full of yachts and other leisure craft. This area of the town comes alive at night when traders set up their stalls selling locally made arts and crafts. Around the marina are most of the resort bars and restaurants offering a variety of foods from cheap and cheerful to the more expensive quality fish restaurants.
There is a good selection of shops and supermarkets for holiday essentials.
There are two sandy beaches both having good facilities and offering water sport equipment for hire.
Evening entertainment is mainly hotel based with a number of lively music bars around the marina.
During the day and into the evening a mini train runs around the resort. The public bus service runs north to Ciutadella on a regular basis.
