Son Bou Car Hire, Menorca

In the south of the island lies the beach of Son Bou. At nearly 2 miles in length it is the longest and some say the best on the island and is popular with tourists and locals alike.

There are plenty of parasols, sun beds and pedaloes for hire with beach bars dotted about for drinks and snacks. Lifeguards are in attendance from morning until late afternoon when the last of the sunbathers leave the beach to prepare for the evenings entertainments.

There are numerous bars and restaurants to choose from whatever your taste.  The Saint Jaimie Club providing live entertainment seven nights a week, a discothèque, Mojitos and a bowling dome.

A regular public bus service runs from the centre of Son Bou to Mahon, Ciutadella in the west and the pretty town of Alaior 3 miles inland.
