Es Canutells is situated on the south coast of Menorca approximately 10km from the airport. Transfer time is around 15 minutes.
This quiet resort (a former fishing village) is a mix of residential and private holiday homes with a large lowrise aparthotel compex the only other accommodation.
There is a small, safe sandy beach, protected by cliffs, a bar/restaurant.
A handful of shops cater mainly for the residential community.
This resort is certainly for rest and relaxation.
There is a limited bus service to Mahon during the summer season, on average 4 buses a day but not on a Sunday.
Car hire is recommended for those who wish to see a little more of what Menorca has to offer.
